Chloe Fallon BSc (Hons) FCA
Founder & Director
Chloe loved to tread the boards and has been involved in her local theatre group (TACT) who have represented their country on a number of occasions and taken a variety of shows to Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
Recently, Chloe has taken up golf to join her family in a sport they love.

Claire Daniel BA (Hons) Econ & AATQB

Claire is currently studying for her AAT qualifications and has previous experience as a PA and a BA(Hons) in Economics.
She has a busy life looking after her husband, three teenage children and dog, Bailey.
On the rare occasions she gets some free time she loves catching up with friends or reading and is a huge Terry Pratchett fan.

Debbie Fallon
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Debbie joins us with many years experience in customer care. She is responsible for ensuring our new clients journey is as smooth as possible.
Outside of the office, Debbie enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, walking her dogs Milo and Teddy and having a good laugh!

Frances Hallworth BSc (Hons) FCCA
Head of Client Services
Away from the office, Frances spends time with her husband, three children and their dog. She likes playing crown green bowls and is also an avid football supporter with a passion for Liverpool FC.
Frances looks for opportunities to get involved in the community, most recently being a volunteer at the 2022 Commonwealth Games.

Gemma Ponnusamy ACMA, GCMA
Virtual Finance Director
A qualified CIMA accountant, she brings a strong background in leadership, mentoring, and a passion for continuous development and sustainability.
Her career began in the British Army, where she built exceptional communication and leadership skills through international engagements.
She is active within CIMA, contributing to events such as the Future of Finance Roundtables, the Women’s Global Conference, and the mentoring scheme. Currently studying the ACCA professional diploma in Sustainability, Gemma also enjoys family time outdoors and experimenting with South Indian cooking.

Georgia Grandison AATQB

Georgia has over 10 years of experience working in various accountancy roles in industry and is looking forward to transferring her knowledge and experience into practice. She loves problem solving especially if it involves a spreadsheet and enjoys helping people.
In her spare time, when she is not studying of course, she enjoys; baking, exercising (to work off the cake) and salsa dancing. She has been told she makes a good lemon drizzle cake!
An interesting fact about Georgia is that as a child she spent a year living out in Ghana, West Africa with her family.

Jenni Broomfield
Administrative Assistant
Jenni has been working in the accountancy industry for a number of years, supporting teams with their administrative requirements.
Outside of work Jenni’s 2 children keep her busy! Once her shift as taxi mum is over she enjoys binge watching a good drama/thriller series with her husband, keeping fit and socialising with her friends.

Lauren recently graduated from university with an honours degree in business management and accounting. Lauren is looking forward to studying further and learning more about the financial world.
In her spare time Lauren is busy raising her daughter Fearne and walking her dogs Marley the Beagle and River the pointer x lab whilst also attending equestrian events.
Lauren loves to problem solve and can complete a rubiks cube!

Sarah is a CTA qualified chartered tax advisor with over 20 years’ experience in practice advising clients on a wide range of tax matters.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family including her two boys and taking Rocket the dog on long country walks.

Sarah McLaren
Virtual Finance director
Sarah is a qualified ACCA accountant with over 10 years’ experience working in the SME market. She has worked with KPMG, led data migration for a major manufacturer, and supported hundreds of SMEs in public practice.
Entrepreneurial by nature, she founded her own e-commerce business during maternity leave, gaining valuable insight into the challenges of business ownership. She is passionate about helping others develop ideas to grow and succeed.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys time outdoors with her husband and two young children.

Sofia Lorenzo

She is a Xero expert and enjoys the problem-solving side of accounting. She loves helping people and is passionate about keeping things organised and running smoothly.
Outside of work, Sofia is a big fan of all things green, from growing her own vegetables and filling the house with plants. She also enjoys cooking up new dishes, reading a good thriller and heading out on long walks with her partner and their dog Maple to explore the countryside.
